God wants us to rely on Him through our hardships. Whether we lose our job, are persecuted or experience various hard knocks in life, our God loves us and stands with us in every trying situation as he did with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

According to Daniel 3:8-30, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, captive in Babylon, stood before the king of the land and courageously refused to worship the giant golden statue that stood before them. These three young men were thrown into the fiery furnace, but God miraculously delivered them without a single hair from their heads being burned. They had prepared to die, but their faith in God remained unshakable.

Dieu veut que nous nous appuyions sur lui, même si nous perdons notre emploi, même si nous sommes persécutés ou même si nous connaissons toute autre sorte de coups durs dans notre vie. Notre Dieu que nous servons nous aime et se tient à nos côtés en toute situation éprouvante comme il l’a fait avec Schadrac, Méchac et Abednego.

Selon Daniel 3:8-30, Schadrac, Meschac et Abednego, en captivité à Babylone, se sont tenus debout devant le roi du pays et ont courageusement refuse d’adorer la statue d’or géante qui se dressait devant eux. Ces trois jeunes hommes ont été jetés dans la fournaise ardente, mais Dieu les a miraculeusement délivrés sans qu’un seul cheveu de leur tète soit brûlé. Ils s’étaient préparés à mourir, mais leur foi en Dieu est restée inébranlable.
